WASHINGTON
— Intelligence officials warned House lawmakers last week that Russia
was interfering in the 2020 campaign to try to get resident Trump
re-elected, five people familiar with the matter said, a disclosure to
Congress that angered Mr. Trump, who complained that Democrats would use
it against him.
The day after the
Feb. 13 briefing to lawmakers, Mr. Trump berated Joseph Maguire, the
outgoing acting director of national intelligence, for allowing it to
take place, people familiar with the exchange said. Mr. Trump cited the
presence in the briefing of Representative Adam B. Schiff, the
California Democrat who led the impeachment proceedings against him, as a
particular irritant.
During the
briefing to the House Intelligence Committee, Mr. Trump’s allies
challenged the conclusions, arguing that he has been tough on Russia and
strengthened European security. Some intelligence officials viewed the
briefing as a tactical error, saying that had the official who delivered
the conclusion spoken less pointedly or left it out, they would have
avoided angering the Republicans.
That
intelligence official, Shelby Pierson, is an aide to Mr. Maguire who
has a reputation of delivering intelligence in somewhat blunt terms. The resident announced on Wednesday that he was replacing Mr. Maguire with
Richard Grenell, the ambassador to Germany and long an aggressively
vocal Trump supporter.
Though
some current and former officials speculated that the briefing may have
played a role in the removal of Mr. Maguire, who had told people in
recent days that he believed he would remain in the job, two
administration officials said the timing was coincidental. Mr. Grenell
had been in discussions with the administration about taking on new
roles, they said, and Mr. Trump had never felt a kinship with Mr.
Maguire.
Spokeswomen for the Office of
the Director of National Intelligence and its election security office
declined to comment. A White House spokesman did not immediately respond
to requests for comment.
A Democratic
House intelligence committee official called the Feb. 13 briefing an
important update about “the integrity of our upcoming elections” and
said that members of both parties attended, including Representative
Devin Nunes of California, the top Republican on the committee.

Mr.
Trump has long accused the intelligence community’s assessment of
Russia’s 2016 interference as the work of a “deep-state” conspiracy
intent on undermining the validity of his election. Intelligence
officials feel burned by their experience after the last election, where
their work became subject of intense political debate and is now a
focus of a Justice Department investigation.
Part
of the resident’s anger over the intelligence briefing stemmed from
the administration’s reluctance to provide sensitive information to Mr.
Schiff. He has been a leading critic of Mr. Trump since 2016, doggedly
investigating Russian election interference and later leading the
impeachment inquiry into the resident’s dealings with Ukraine.
After
asking about the briefing that the Office of the Director of National
Intelligence and other agencies gave to the House, Mr. Trump complained
that Mr. Schiff would “weaponize” the intelligence about Russia’s
support for him, according to a person familiar with the briefing. And
he was angry that no one had told him sooner about the briefing, the
person said.
Mr. Trump has fixated on
Mr. Schiff since the impeachment saga began, pummeling him publicly with
insults and unfounded accusations of corruption. At one point in
October, Mr. Trump refused to invite lawmakers from the congressional
intelligence committees to a White House briefing on Syria because he
did not want Mr. Schiff there, according to three people briefed on the
matter.
Mr. Trump did not erupt at Mr.
Maguire, and instead just asked pointed questions, according to the
person. But the message was unmistakable: He was displeased by what took
place.
Ms. Pierson, officials said,
was delivering the conclusion of multiple intelligence agencies, not her
own opinion. The Washington Post first reported the Oval Office confrontation between Mr. Trump and Mr. Maguire.
The intelligence community issued an assessment in early 2017 that President Vladimir V. Putin personally ordered
an influence campaign in the previous year’s election and developed “a
clear preference for resident-elect Trump.” But Republicans have long
argued that Moscow’s campaign was designed to sow chaos, not aid Mr.
Trump specifically.
And some
Republicans have accused the intelligence agencies of opposing Mr.
Trump, but intelligence officials reject those allegations. They
fiercely guard their work as nonpartisan, saying it is the only way to
ensure its validity.
At
the House briefing, Representative Chris Stewart, a Utah Republican who
has been considered for the director’s post, was among the Republicans
who challenged the conclusion about Russia’s support for the resident.
Mr. Stewart insisted that Mr. Trump has aggressively confronted Moscow,
providing anti-tank weapons to Ukraine for its war against
Russian-backed separatists and strengthening the NATO alliance with new
resources, according to two people briefed on the meeting.
Mr.
Stewart declined to discuss the briefing but said that Moscow had no
reason to support Mr. Trump. He pointed to the resident’s work to
confront Iran, a Russian ally, and encourage European energy
independence from Moscow. “I’d challenge anyone to give me a real-world
argument where Putin would rather have resident Trump and not Bernie
Sanders,” the nominal Democratic primary front-runner, Mr. Stewart said
in an interview.

Under
Mr. Putin, Russian intelligence has long sought broadly to sow chaos
among adversaries around the world. The United States and key allies on
Thursday accused Russian military intelligence, the group responsible
for much of the 2016 election interference in the United States, of a cyber-attack on neighboring Georgia that took out websites and television
broadcasts.
Though intelligence
officials have previously informed lawmakers that Russia’s interference
campaign was ongoing, last week’s briefing did contain what appeared to
be new information, including that Russia intends to interfere with the
ongoing Democratic primaries as well as the general election.
They
have made more creative use of Facebook and other social media. Rather
than impersonating Americans as they did in 2016, Russian operatives are
working to get Americans to repeat disinformation to get around social
media companies’ rules that prohibit “inauthentic speech.”
And
they are working from servers located in the United States, rather than
abroad, knowing that American intelligence agencies are prohibited from
operating inside the country. (The F.B.I. and the Department of
Homeland Security can, with aid from the intelligence agencies.)
Russian
hackers have also infiltrated Iran’s cyber-warfare unit, perhaps with
the intent of launching attacks that would look like they were coming
from Tehran, the National Security Agency has warned.
Some
officials believe that foreign powers, possibly including Russia, could
use ransomware attacks, like those that have debilitated some local
governments, to damage or interfere with voting systems or registration
databases.
Still, much of the Russian
aim is similar to its 2016 interference, officials said: Search for
issues that stir controversy in the United States and use various
methods to stoke division.
One of
Moscow’s main goals is undermining confidence in American election
systems, intelligence officials have told lawmakers, seeking to sow
doubts over close elections and recounts. Confronting those Russian
efforts is difficult, officials have said, because they want to maintain
American confidence in voting systems.
Both
Republicans and Democrats asked the intelligence agencies to hand over
the underlying material that prompted their conclusion that Russia again
is favoring Mr. Trump’s election.
How
soon the House committee might get that information is not clear. Since
the impeachment inquiry, tensions have risen between the Office of the
Director of National Intelligence and the committee. As officials
navigate the disputes, the intelligence agencies have slowed the amount
of material they provide to the House, officials said. The agencies are
required by law to regularly brief Congress on threats.
While
Republicans have long been critical of the Obama administration for not
doing enough to track and deter Russian interference in 2016, current
and former intelligence officials said the party is at risk of making a
similar mistake now. Mr. Trump has been reluctant to even hear about
election interference, and Republicans dislike discussing it publicly.
The
aftermath of last week’s briefing prompted some intelligence officials
to voice concerns that the White House will dismantle a key election
security effort by Dan Coats, the former director of national
intelligence: the establishment of an election interference czar. Ms. Pierson has held the post since last summer.
And
some current and former intelligence officials expressed fears that Mr.
Grenell may have been put in place explicitly to slow the pace of
information on election interference to Congress. The revelations about
Mr. Trump’s confrontation with Mr. Maguire raised new concerns about Mr.
Grenell’s appointment, said the Democratic House committee official,
who added that the upcoming election could be more vulnerable to foreign
interference.
Mr. Trump, former
officials have said, is typically uninterested in election interference
briefings, and Mr. Grenell might see it as unwise to emphasize such
intelligence with the resident.
“The
biggest concern I would have is if the intelligence community was not
forthcoming and not providing the analysis in the run-up to the next
election,” said Andrea Kendall-Taylor, a former intelligence official
now with the Center for New American Security. “It is really concerning
that this is happening in the run-up to an election.”
Mr.
Grenell’s unbridled loyalty is clearly important to Mr. Trump but may
not be ideally suited for an intelligence chief making difficult
decisions about what to brief to the resident and Congress, Ms.
Kendall-Taylor said.
“Trump is trying
to whitewash or rewrite the narrative about Russia’s involvement in the
election,” she said. “Grenell’s appointment suggests he is really
serious about that.”
The
acting deputy to Mr. Maguire, Andrew P. Hallman, will step down on
Friday, officials said, paving the way for Mr. Grenell to put in place
his own management team. Mr. Hallman was the intelligence office’s
principal executive, but since the resignation in August of the previous
deputy, Sue Gordon, he has been performing the duties of that post.
Mr. Maguire is planning to leave government, according to an American official.

Today’s revelation of Trump’s bribe of Assange is further evidence
of what we all know to be true: Trump colluded with Russia to steal the
2016 election. He’s trying to do it again. That’s what Criminals do.
Whoa if true. Julian Assange is in court
in England today and the claim that he was offered a pardon to cover up
Russian involvement in the DNC hack is going to blow up the news.
Wikileaks founder Julian Assange told a British court on Tuesday that
he had been promised a pardon by people close to resident Donald
Trump.
Assange made the remarks while appearing at a pretrial hearing via teleconference.
Courtroom reporter James Doleman broke the news on Twitter. According
to Doleman, Assange said that the pardon was conditional on him publicly announcing that Russia had nothing to do with the attack on the 2016 election.
Breaking, at
pre-trial hearing for Julian Assange a court has heard that he will be
calling a witness who will allege he was offered a pardon by the US
government, if he would say Russia was not involved in the leak of DNC
documents during the 2006 election.
Julian Assange
court appearance today- His lawyer mentioned a statement, that alleges
former US Congressman Dana Rohrabacher visited Assange, saying he was
there on behalf of the President, offering a pardon if JA would say
Russia had nothing to do with DNC leaks. @SBSNews
In 2017, a The Wall Street Journal report said that Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) attempted to broker a deal for a pardon or clemency between the White House and Assange.
Assange is wanted in the United States on 18 counts of violating espionage laws and conspiring to hack government computers.
According to Julian Assange’s lawyers, Assange was promised a presidential pardon by a Trump associate if he was willing to lie about the Russian involvement in the DNC hack. We know that the hack originated from Russia, and Trump knew that this information would make him look bad, so he allegedly wanted Assange to lie about the source. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains what’s happening.
Former congressman Dana Rohrabacher confirms he dangled a Trump pardon to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, and the reporter with whom Rohrabacher spoke shares the details. Aired on 02/20/20.
In a stunning admission, the resident told ABC News that he has no
problem accepting dirt on a political opponent from a foreign power. In
fact, Trump denied that foreign help should even be considered election
interference.
During an interview with George Stephanopoulos for ABC News, Donald
Trump said that he would take information from a foreign country if he
felt that it could help his campaign and that no one in their right
minds would contact the FBI. He contradicted himself multiple times in
the short interview, but the bottom line is that he’s now willing to
admit that he’d absolutely accept illegal foreign help for his
campaigns. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.
Donald Trump is a menace and it seems Republicans don't care and
Democrats lack the fortitude to stop him. He told George Stephanopoulos
that, not only is the FBI Director WRONG, but that if he's approached by
a foreign operative with dirt on an opponent, he would take the meeting
and the information they have to offer!
resident Donald Trump may not alert the FBI if foreign governments
offered damaging information against his 2020 rivals during the upcoming
presidential race, he said, despite the deluge of investigations
stemming from his campaign's interactions with Russians during the 2016
campaign.
Asked by ABC News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos in the Oval Office
on Wednesday whether his campaign would accept such information from
foreigners - such as China or Russia - or hand it over the FBI, Trump
said, "I think maybe you do both."

million a year protecting the WikiLeaks founder, saw his behavior as a
national insult.

QUITO, Ecuador — The dramatic end to Julian Assange's asylum
has sparked curiosity about his 7-year stay inside Ecuador's Embassy in
London that was marked by his late-night skateboarding, the physical
harassment of his caretakers and even the smearing of his own fecal
matter on the walls of the diplomatic mission.
It
would've tested the patience of any host. But for tiny Ecuador, which
prides itself on its hospitality and spent almost $1 million a year
protecting Assange, it was also seen as a national insult.
"We've
ended the asylum of this spoiled brat," a visibly flustered President
Lenin Moreno said Thursday in a fiery speech explaining his decision to
withdraw protection of Assange and hand him over to British police.
"From now on we'll be more careful in giving asylum to people who are
really worth it, and not miserable hackers whose only goal is to
destabilize governments."
We
still do not know what hold Vladimir Putin has upon resident Trump,
but the whole world has now witnessed the power of its grip.
Russia
helped Donald Trump into the residency, as Robert Mueller’s indictment
vividly details. Putin, in his own voice, has confirmed that he wanted
Trump elected. Standing alongside his benefactor, Trump denounced the
special counsel investigating the Russian intervention in the U.S.
election—and even repudiated his own intelligence appointees.
This
is an unprecedented situation, but not an uncontemplated one. At the
1787 convention in Philadelphia, the authors of the Constitution worried
a great deal about foreign potentates corrupting the American
presidency.
When Gouverneur Morris famously changed his mind in favor of an impeachment clause, he explained his new point of view by invoking a situation very like that now facing the United States:
Our Executive was not like a Magistrate having a life interest, much
less like one having an hereditary interest in his office. He may be
bribed by a greater interest to betray his trust; and no one would say
that we ought to expose ourselves to the danger of seeing the first
Magistrate in foreign pay without being able to guard [against] it by
displacing him.
The United States was then a comparatively poor and
vulnerable country, so the Founders imagined corruption taking the form
of some princely emolument that would enable an ex-president to emigrate
and—in the words of Charles Cotesworth Pinckney—“live in greater
splendor in another country than his own.” Yet they understood that even
the most developed countries were not immune to the suborning of their
leaders. As Morris said, "One would think the King of England well
secured [against] bribery. … Yet Charles II was bribed by Louis XIV.”
The
reasons for Trump’s striking behavior—whether he was bribed or
blackmailed or something else—remain to be ascertained. That he has
publicly refused to defend his country’s independent electoral
process—and did so jointly with the foreign dictator who perverted that
process—is video-recorded fact.
And it’s a fact that has to be
seen in the larger context of his actions in office: denouncing the EU
as a “foe,” threatening to break up NATO, wrecking the U.S.-led world trading system, intervening in both U.K. and German
politics in support of extremist and pro-Russian forces, and his
continued refusal to act to protect the integrity of U.S. voting
systems—it adds up to a political indictment whether or not it quite
qualifies as a criminal one.
America is a very legalistic society,
in which public discussion often deteriorates into lawyers arguing
whether any statutes have been violated. But confronting the country in
the wake of Helsinki is this question: Can it afford to wait to
ascertain why Trump has subordinated himself to Putin after the president has so abjectly demonstrated that he has subordinated himself? Robert Mueller is leading a legal process. The United States faces a national-security emergency.

Thanks to Robert Mueller, Trump and Putin Now Have a Summit Agenda
Rosenstein dropped another astonishing revelation into his press
conference: resident Trump had been aware all along about the charges
against Russian actors, and had been briefed on them by the Justice
Department even before he left for Europe. “The resident is fully aware
of the department’s actions today,” Rosenstein told reporters as he
announced the indictments, which lay out in methodical detail the ways
in which agents of the Russian government systematically worked to
infiltrate the Democrats’ 2016 campaign with the apparent goal of
helping Trump win the American Presidency.
Trump knew the indictment was coming when he bragged about what an
easy meeting he would have with Putin. He knew it was coming when he
once again attacked the investigation by his own government as “rigged.”
And he knew it was coming when he rambled on about an agenda for the
Helsinki summit that would cover just about everything but the Russian
interference in the 2016 campaign. Talk about brazen.
And by the way, everyone expects Americans to be the next indictment targets. Roger Stone? More?

Grand Jury Indicts 12 Russian Intelligence Officers for Hacking Offenses Related to the 2016 Election
The
Department of Justice today announced that a grand jury in the District
of Columbia returned an indictment presented by the Special Counsel’s
Office. The indictment charges twelve Russian nationals for committing
federal crimes that were intended to interfere with the 2016 U.S.
presidential election. All twelve defendants are members of the GRU, a
Russian Federation intelligence agency within the Main Intelligence
Directorate of the Russian military. These GRU officers, in their
official capacities, engaged in a sustained effort to hack into the
computer networks of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee,
the Democratic National Committee, and the presidential campaign of
Hillary Clinton, and released that information on the internet under the
names "DCLeaks" and "Guccifer 2.0" and through another entity.
“The Internet allows foreign adversaries to attack America in new and
unexpected ways,” said Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein.
“Together with our law enforcement partners, the Department of Justice
is resolute in its commitment to locate, identify and seek to bring to
justice anyone who interferes with American elections. Free and fair
elections are hard-fought and contentious, and there will always be
adversaries who work to exacerbate domestic differences and try to
confuse, divide, and conquer us. So long as we are united in our
commitment to the shared values enshrined in the Constitution, they will
not succeed.”
According to the allegations in the indictment, Viktor Borisovich
Netyksho, Boris Alekseyevich Antonov, Dmitriy Sergeyevich Badin, Ivan
Sergeyevich Yermakov, Aleksey Viktorovich Lukashev, Sergey
Aleksandrovich Morgachev, Nikolay Yuryevich Kozachek, Pavel
Vyacheslavovich Yershov, Artem Andreyevich Malyshev, Aleksandr
Vladimirovich Osadchuk, Aleksey Aleksandrovich Potemkin, and Anatoliy
Sergeyevich Kovalev were officials in Unit 26165 and Unit 74455 of the
Russian government’s Main Intelligence Directorate.
In 2016, officials in Unit 26165 began spearphishing volunteers and
employees of the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton, including the
campaign’s chairman. Through that process, officials in this unit were
able to steal the usernames and passwords for numerous individuals and
use those credentials to steal email content and hack into other
computers. They also were able to hack into the computer networks of the
Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and the Democratic
National Committee (DNC) through these spearphishing techniques to steal
emails and documents, covertly monitor the computer activity of dozens
of employees, and implant hundreds of files of malicious computer code
to steal passwords and maintain access to these networks.
The officials in Unit 26165 coordinated with officials in Unit 74455 to
plan the release of the stolen documents for the purpose of interfering
with the 2016 presidential election. Defendants registered the domain
DCLeaks.com and later staged the release of thousands of stolen emails
and documents through that website. On the website, defendants claimed
to be “American hacktivists” and used Facebook accounts with fictitious
names and Twitter accounts to promote the website. After public
accusations that the Russian government was behind the hacking of DNC
and DCCC computers, defendants created the fictitious persona Guccifer
2.0. On the evening of June 15, 2016 between 4:19PM and 4:56PM,
defendants used their Moscow-based server to search for a series of
English words and phrases that later appeared in Guccifer 2.0’s first
blog post falsely claiming to be a lone Romanian hacker responsible for
the hacks in the hopes of undermining the allegations of Russian
involvement.
Members of Unit 74455 also conspired to hack into the computers of state
boards of elections, secretaries of state, and US companies that
supplied software and other technology related to the administration of
elections to steal voter data stored on those computers.
To avoid detection, defendants used false identities while using a
network of computers located around the world, including the United
States, paid for with cryptocurrency through mining bitcoin and other
means intended to obscure the origin of the funds. This funding
structure supported their efforts to buy key accounts, servers, and
domains. For example, the same bitcoin mining operation that funded the
registration payment for DCLeaks.com also funded the servers and domains
used in the spearphishing campaign.
The indictment includes 11 criminal counts:
Count One alleges a criminal conspiracy to commit an offense
against the United States through cyber operations by the GRU that
involved the staged release of stolen documents for the purpose of
interfering with the 2016 president election;
Counts Two through Nine charge aggravated identity theft for using
identification belonging to eight victims to further their computer
fraud scheme;
Count Ten alleges a conspiracy to launder money in which the
defendants laundered the equivalent of more than $95,000 by transferring
the money that they used to purchase servers and to fund other costs
related to their hacking activities through cryptocurrencies such as
bitcoin; and
Count Eleven charges conspiracy to commit an offense against the
United States by attempting to hack into the computers of state boards
of elections, secretaries of state, and US companies that supplied
software and other technology related to the administration of
elections.
There is no allegation in the indictment that any American was a knowing
participant in the alleged unlawful activity or knew they were
communicating with Russian intelligence officers. There is no allegation
in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the vote count or
changed the outcome of the 2016 election.
Everyone charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless proven guilty
in court. At trial, prosecutors must introduce credible evidence that is
sufficient to prove each defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, to
the unanimous satisfaction of a jury of twelve citizens.
This case was investigated with the help of the FBI’s cyber teams in
Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and San Francisco and the National Security
Division. The Special Counsel's investigation is ongoing. There will be
no comments from the Special Counsel at this time.
Perfect Dark: GameShark Character Modification FAQ Version 1.5 5-19-01 By William Mistretta willmistretta@hotmail.com http://www.geocities.com/willmistretta Codes by Hackmaster 64 and J. Lint
The character mods are here! Now you can alter the heads and bodies of characters in both multiplayer and solo missions!
For example, let's say you want to modify Joanna Dark to look like James Bond. Let's start with the head. Trent Easton looks rather Bond-like, so we'll borrow his. Start by taking the base head codes for both characters:
JOANNA COMBAT
8007CF56 0001 8007CF57 009C
TRENT EASTON
8007CFBA 0001 8007CFBB 00A1
Take the base code of the character you want to modify:
8007CF56 8007CF57
And add the modifier digits associated with what you're modifying it to:
0001 00A1
Resulting in your final code:
8007CF56 0001 8007CF57 00A1
Some heads aren't associated with particular bodies (or vice-versa) and only have modifier digits.
Now for our body. We'll start with the base code for the Joanna Combat body:
JOANNA COMBAT
8007D5BE 0000 8007D5BF 0042
Now we need to modify it. Obviously, a Bond-like Dinner Jacket costume is in order. Looking below, we see:
DINNER JACKET
0000 0047
Combine the two codes as above, resulting in:
8007D5BE 0000 8007D5BF 0047
And so, our efforts to turn Joanna Combat into James Bond have resulted in this final code:
You cannot play as an invisible character, any kind of Skedar, Dr. Carrol, the CamSpy, or a patrol robot.
In order to modify Simulants to look like Skedar, you must first create the Simulant(s) like normal and save your settings. Then input the code to modify the Simulant bodies to Skedar bodies, start up the game, load your settings, and play. Viewing a Skedar Simulant in the character editor window will cause the game to crash. Follow this same procedure whenever modifying a Simulant to resemble any non-human, non-Maian character.
If you modify a character's body to a Skedar or other unusual, non-human or Maian thing, make sure that that character is never displayed on the Combat Simulator character editor window or the game will crash.
If you modify a character's body to a Skedar or other unusual, non-human or Maian thing, make sure they don't show up on screen for any cinema scenes or the game will crash.
Not all head and body combinations are guaranteed to work.

Using Your GameShark With Perfect Dark Enable Codes High and Low-Resolution Codes Low-Resolution Codes High-Resolution Codes
Welcome to my Perfect Dark GameShark page. This is where I'll post my favorite GameShark codes. None of these codes are for "cheating" as such, but each one will help you to bend the rules a little to get even more out of your Perfect Dark experience.
Using Your GameShark With Perfect Dark
You'll need one of the newer GameShark Pro models to really hack Perfect Dark. A 3.3 or higher is highly recommended.
You'll need to enable the Zelda keycode before your GS will boot up with Perfect Dark.
There are two subdivisions of Perfect Dark GS codes: high and low resolution. Low-resolution codes can only be used in the Combat Simulator, because they only function when Perfect Dark fails to detect the N64 4MB Expansion Pak. High-resolution codes can be used in any game mode, but only with certain GameShark versions and the use of a special enable code (see below) to allow the game to detect the Expansion Pak and to prevent it from crashing upon startup or not starting up at all.
Please note that not all codes will work with all GameShark versions. Trial and error is sometimes the only way to determine which codes work with which GameShark versions.

Enable Codes
The appropriate code must be active if you wish for your GameShark to function with Perfect Dark.
GameShark Pro version 3.3 or higher high-res enable code:
FF1EAE00 0000
Or, if you can't get a code to work with that enabler, try this alternate one:
FF000220 0000
Now, on to the other codes!

High and Low-Resolution Codes
Extra death animations in Combat Simulator. This code will add several very cool death animations that normally only show up in solo missions to your multiplayer games. These include choking, elaborate flips, wild limb-flailing, etc. Works in both high and low-resolution. Code by hack master with modifications by me.
Sky color modifier. These codes allow you to set the color of Perfect Dark's skies. They work in all game modes (solo, multiplayer, etc). The first line regulates the amount of red in the sky, the second green, and the third blue. Mix them to create any color you choose. The "????" represents a value of your choice. Setting all three color values to 0000 results in a black sky. Code by hack master.
80081060 ???? 80081061 ???? 80081062 ????
Custom weapon modification. A GameShark and a copy of this guide are all you need to begin creating your own customized weapons for Perfect Dark solo and multiplayer use. You can set just about everything. Primary and secondary functions, sound effects, clip size, zoom, whether your weapon can be “doubled up”, and more. Guide by SquareGuru.
Perfect Dark Weapon Modification Guide
As an example of what can be accomplished with the information in this great guide, here's a sample weapon. A silly little version of the Devestator that I like to call the Toilet Launcher:
New Falcon 2. This code will modify the Falcon 2 (scope) into a new version of the Falcon 2 fitted with both a silencer and scope! There are a couple tiny graphic glitches, but overall, the effect is perfect. Code by Wreck7.
8006B78F 0074 8006B7B6 00B3 8006B7B7 00BC
Slayer in all solo missions. This code modifies the standard Rocket Launcher to fire fly-by-wire rockets like the Slayer! Now you can use fly-by-wire rockets in any solo mission. Sometimes they explode right when launched, so invincibility is recommended. Note that aiming straight up as you fire seems to prevent this premature detonation. Code by Wreck7.
8106D6E2 D7C8
IR Scanner in multiplayer. The Perfect Darkness cheat is almost useless for multiplayer games because the Night Vision that you start out with disappears after you die once. The X-Ray Scanner is a poor substitute to say the least. This code will modify the X-Ray Scanner to work like the IR Scanner, making Perfect Darkness a much more viable option for multiplayer. Also great for spotting cloaked adversaries. Code by Wreck7.

Low Resolution Codes
GoldenEye items in Perfect Dark. Thanks to a truly amazing GameShark code, we can now see that a number of unused items from Perfect Dark's prequel game GoldenEye 007 are actually hidden deep within the game! To see the items, you must enter and activate one of these three codes. Then, simply start a game in the Felicity multiplayer level. You will see that the ammo boxes at the top of the stairs (outside the outer bathroom door) have been replaced with an item from GoldenEye! Codes by SubDrag and Wreck7.
GoldenEye computer terminal:
811EED4C 0018 811EEDF4 0018
GoldenEye multiplayer flag token:
811EED4C 0016 811EEDF4 0016
GoldenEye "beta" metallic cube:
811EED4C 0003 811EEDF4 0003
Weird weapons. This code enables you to make your weapons look and function very strangly. You must be playing in the Temple level with no other players for the code to function. Basically, this code replaces whichever weapon that is set to slot one with an item simply called "." When you pick up a ., it will show up as a blank space on your inventory screen. Just equip one of your regular guns, then hit start and select the blank line on your inventory menu. Your regular version will be replaced by a glitchy weapon. Usually, the glitches consist of the weapon being held higher up than normal or the weapon's clip appearing beside it. The weapon loses its normal characteristics and acts like an AR-34 with no zoom, a 27-round clip, and a quick, GoldenEye-like reload animation.
801DC7E4 0059
Beta weapons! This code allows you to access some glitchy but very cool "beta" weapons that were used in programmer testing but never made it into the final version of Perfect Dark. You must be playing in the Temple level with no other players for the code to function. Basically, this code replaces whichever weapon that is set to the designated weapon slot with the item specified in the code. Codes by SubDrag and Wreck7. The beta weapons are:
Tester: Looks like a hovering grenade but fires like a Falcon 2. Quick, GoldenEye-like reload animation.
Rocket Launcher: This version looks and behaves very strange. The rockets it shoots don't explode, but instead hover in place when they come into contact with a solid surface. Reloads like normal.
Tester (Weapon slot one modifier. Temple.):
801DC62C 0033
Rocket Launcher (Weapon slot one modifier. Temple.):
801DC62C 0034
Both (Weapon slots one and two modifier. Temple.):

High-Resolution Codes
Character head/body modifiers. These codes will allow you to swap heads and bodies between different characters in both multiplayer and solo modes. You can do everything from changing dataDyne troopers into Pelagic 2 guards, to dressing Carrington in a ripped party frock, to turning every human enemy in a level into a Skedar, to turning Joanna Dark into James Bond! Plus just about anything else you can imagine. Just check this FAQ for details:
Perfect Dark: GameShark character modification FAQ
Codes by Hackmaster 64 and J. Lint.
Walk through doors. Pretty much what it says. This code allows you to walk through any door in the game as though it weren't there at all. One of the best ways to hunt for secrets in Perfect Dark. Code by Ructir.
80285798 0001
Walk through walls. A companion code to the one above, this will actually let you walk through almost any barrier. Even better for exploring every hidden nook and cranny of this fantastic game. Code by Ryan Toluchanian.
Moon jump. Just get off the ground slightly by either falling off of something or running down a ramp or other incline, then hold the B button to fly. Release it again to drop back down. Another fantastic code for exploring Perfect Dark's many levels. Codes by Crocc.
Shield-penetrating weapons. This code allows you to shoot through some enemy shields that it is not normally possible to. Using this code, for example, you can blow up the patrol robot in Chicago or shoot the Skedar king to death. Fun. Code by Ryan Toluchanian.
80255108 0020
Lights out. This code automatically turns off all of the lights in the game that can be destroyed. Different from the Perfect Darkness cheat, the effect is quite different and creepy. Code by Ryan Toluchanian.
8022169C 0020
Weapons in the CI. Ever want to grab a machine gun from the Carrington Institute firing range and blast those rude CI employees? Well now you can! Simply enable this code, go to the firing range, start an exercise with the weapon you want, and then abort right away. You'll still be holding the weapon and will be able to take it anywhere in the building you want! Whenever you need more ammo or want to switch weapons, just head back to the range and repeat the process. Code created by Ryan Toluchanian.
802C92C4 0020
Kill CI employees. This great code will let you kill the normally invincible Carrington Institute employees in traning mode! Great fun! Combine it with the previous code to take weapons off the firing range and go on your very own workplace rampage with the weapon of your choice.
This code also has other odd effects. It makes all enemies inactive in solo missions and occasionally eliminates background music, environmental effects (like rain), and even cinema scenes.
Since this code also deactivates almost all enemies in solo missions, so it is also useful for setting up two-player Co-Operative and Counter-Operative deathmatches, since guards and other enemies won't harass players.
Code by Ryan Toluchanian.
8022EE80 0020 802C92C4 0020
Infinite Psychosis Gun ammo. Even with the game's two built-in infinite ammo cheats activated, you are still normally limited to four shots with the Psychosis Gun. With this code, you can brainwash your enemies into allies all you want and raise a virtual army. Have fun. Codes by Crocc.
Player One Infinite Psychosis Gun Ammo:
80207EA3 00FF 801EEEA3 00FF 801D5EA3 00FF
Player Two Infinite Psychosis Gun Ammo:
80209B13 00FF 801F0B13 00FF 801D7B13 00FF
GoldenEye Weapons in Combat Simulator. Using this code, all players will begin every multiplayer match with the classic GoldenEye guns already in their inventories! Furthermore, they will not be lost upon death. All you need to use them is ammunition. You can get this by activating either of Perfect Dark's infinite ammo cheats. In you haven't earned them, or simply prefer to pick up ammo off the ground like normal you can stock your levels with the following weapons, each of which comes with ammunition that the GoldenEye guns can use. Check the following chart for compatability. Happy deathmatching! Code by Crocc.
CarrolSims. This one is great. This code will turn all the Simulant characters in multiplayer games into Dr. Carrol! They will even fight (unarmed only) and explode when defeated, making distinctive Dr. Carrol noises when shot or killed. Code by SubDrag.
Two player deathmatch in Carrington Institute! This code will let you play a two-player deathmatch in the Carrington Institute training level (not CI - Defense, so Carington and company will still be walking around and talking to you while you fight). Just input the following code, start up in high-res mode, and begin any solo mission.
For complete details, read my CI training deathmatch FAQ.
Initial character placement. This is a very cool and very weird code. It lets you view every character in solo levels in their initial placement, including character that normally only show up in cinema scenes. This includes Elvis on Air Force One - Antiterrorism and Trent Easton in Air Base - Espionage. Every solo level in the game reveals strange new surprises with this code enabled. Code by Ryan Toluchanian.
8023E698 0020
Music modifier. This code will let you modify the music that plays on the Perfect Menu. Just change the "??" to any value of your choice. The digits 15, 75, and 3C correspond to previously hidden "beta" music tracks. Code by SubDrag.
