When you stop and think about it, it's not really surprising that Mitt
Romney
and Paul
Ryan
are having so much trouble
coming
to
terms
with
their recent loss(es).
After all, it's been four years since John McCain
got his ass
kicked by President
Obama, and he's still
bitter
about it; to say
nothing of his former
running mate.
However, this
time is different.
In the wake of
McCain's defeat, teabaggers
(née
Republicans) dedicated themselves to a single
goal—"taking their country back" (even if they had to kill
a few hostages
in the process); and the mid-term elections showed some
signs
of success.
But now, having failed
to achieve their goal,
many of these same über-patriots
are petitioning
to secede
from the
country they claim to love so very much.
This is great news for Chuck Norris, who now
stands one step closer to becoming the president
of Texas.
