We just laughed when we saw this. WHO is a grossly incompetent President? Say again, Donny? WHO? Pot, kettle, black or, if you like, glass houses. Trump is so envious of Obama and hates him so much, it's like an illness. You can see it makes him seethe. That's why he tries so hard to undo anything and everything Obama ever did, now, it seems, even the economy. Haha!
